POSITION: Creative cell therapy process development scientist / engineer role for startup near SF. It's with a pioneering cell therapy biotech company. Requires a jack of all trades scientist/engineer with the flexibility and skill to address and troubleshoot de novo products and processes.  In addition to finding out more about this unique (and definitely non-boring) role, there is also a lot to learn about this progressive company’s unique technical platform and collaborative and dynamic work culture and top-down emphasis on good communication and good science. If you're interested in finding out more about this, please apply.

REQUIREMENTS: * BS or MS or PhD in a biological discipline or an Engineering Degree.* Industry process development experience in cell therapy, stem cell therapy, gene therapy, or viral vectors. * Hands-on process development lab expertise and creative upstream and downstream troubleshooting skills to advance robust de novo therapeutic-candidates and processes.  * Expertise in bioreactor systems. * Proven skills in experimental design, implementation, analysis, and results-presentation. *Knowledge of DOE, QbD, and PAT in relation to cell therapy process development. * Independence, team skills, and communication skills. * Flexibility and multi-tasking skills ideal for a fast-paced startup.
