Protein Chemistry/Development Scientist

Tanabe Research Labs, Inc., U.S.A is looking for a Protein Chemistry/Development Scientist with industrial experience in purification process development as well as analytical characterization of purified product. Experience in biologics formulation development and antibody drug conjugate conjugation process development would be a plus.

Job requirements:

• BS/MS candidates with extensive industrial experience or PhD with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate has:

• Hands on experience in purification and characterization of lead molecule candidates and research reagents, primarily mAbs.
• Hands-on experience in therapeutic protein purification process development.
• Experience working with ADCs and potent cytotoxic agents a plus.
• Experience in lead candidate selection/ developability assessment preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving and organizational skills a must.
• Ability to lead and mentor scientists.
