Job Summary:
Responsible for leading the Workplace Solution function including planning and management of the development of a cost-effective, efficient and innovative service delivery center to meet current and future HR business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Partners with the Sr Director Solution Delivery to establish the workplace solution strategy and thoughtfully execute against that strategy
• Serves as the liaison and advisor between HRBPs and businesses to support HR processes and administration of HR Workplace Solutions
• Evaluates processes and recommends changes or enhancements that will increase efficiency or otherwise improve operations
• Monitors Workplace Solutions team to ensure Workplace Solutions meets all regulatory requirements
• Monitors issue escalation process, ensuring issues are brought to a timely resolution
• Partners with COEs to identify improvement areas to ensure exceptional experience is had by all employees and to identify process-oriented work that can transition to the Workplace Solutions team
• Works to develop technology resources to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Workplace Solutions function (e.g., implementing call center and/or case management)
• Lead, identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities across HR
• Leads the Workplace Solutions team:
• Works with Workplace Solutions team to be as efficient and effective as possible in the delivery of routine, administrative activities supporting Benefits, Compensation, Employee Experience & Engagement, Employee Relations, International Assignment, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition
• Provides cover for Workplace Solutions Specialists in providing support directly to employees
• Leads and directs team, provides coaching and development

Qualifications: Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources; Master's degree preferred

Experience:

• 5 - 7 years of HR experience (depending on level), with at least 3 or 5 years (depending on level) in the HR services / operations space
• Deep knowledge of HR delivery services, systems and best practices
• Strong ability to leverage technology in implementing solutions
• Strong ability to make data-driven and strategic decisions
• Ability to leverage existing knowledge and apply it to DSI based on current and future business needs
• Strongly prefer demonstrated success in developing and managing a service center organization
• Strongly prefer experience in a management or supervisory position
