Job Summary
Responsible for planning and coordinating DSI's External Talent Programs and Recruiting Events. External Talent Programs to include; internship program, PharmD Fellowship program(s), and Commercial Career Development Program.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage sponsorship and participation in external recruiting events, conferences, and career fairs to attract diverse talent
• Plan and coordinate DSI's External talent programs including the Internship Program, PharmD Fellowship Program(s), and Commercial Career Development Program
• Design and Implement a series of educational and networking activities for students within each DSI External Talent program
• Promotes DSI as an Employer of Choice with potential candidates
• Schedule HR and Business leader participation in internal and external talent programs and recruiting events
• Identify target Universities and programs for recruitment and establish relationships at the Dean, faculty and careers office levels through the co-ordination of DS leaders and the HR team to attract diverse talent
• Develops presentations for HR and business leaders providing an overview of each External Talent Program's overall recruitment process, timeline, and budget
• Partner with Public Affairs and Legal to prepare Ads and/or social media posts for talent acquisition events and external talent programs
• Partner with HR and business leaders to secure permanent placement opportunities for External Talent Program Students
• Utilize social media to reach out to and attract appropriate candidates from diverse sources
• Monitor and Measure success and overall ROI on recruiting events and External Talent Programs
• Facilitates Recruitment Strategy Meetings and Candidate Debrief Meetings with key stakeholders, HRBPs, and direct Hiring Managers
• Partners with Total Rewards team to prepare and negotiate job offers for External Talent Program Hires
• Participates in Talent Acquisition projects (3-6 month timeline)
• Attends recruiting events and conferences on behalf of DSI

Qualifications: Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Education: Bachelor's degree is required; masters degree preferred

Experience

• 5 to 7 years of total relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
• Experience with social media based marketing preferred
• Experience in recruiting talent for pharma and/or bio-tech industries preferred
