Job Details
The Director, Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (GHEOR), will be responsible for developing, leading, and communicating innovative HEOR strategies and tactics to optimize the value proposition of a new asset in oncology for the US market.

- Represents HEOR at appropriate leadership meetings and participates in / proactively contributes to internal highly matrixed brand and project teams
- Drives the design and aggressive execution of high-quality HEOR strategic and tactical plans that align with product brand plans and support patient access
- Develops and executes external HEOR projects including writing RFPs and protocols, vendor selection and management including budget
- Executes internal HEOR research using internal data sets. Responsibilities include writing protocols and statistical analysis plans, defending plans in protocol review committee and executing research with RWE analyst and writing final reports and publications
- Lead an effective communication strategy for data and results generated from studies to the internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with communicating the value proposition to US payers
- Experience with economic modeling and evidence generation to support US launch
- Partners with development team to determine HEOR strategies including inclusion and analysis of quality of life or patient reported outcomes in development plan
Basic:
- PhD, PharmD, MPH or MA in health economics, epidemiology, public health or any other related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong methodological, quantitative, and analytic skills expected. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills required. Experience in research related to oncology preferable.
- Sound understanding of clinical development, regulatory and commercialization process.
