Job Details

Known for its scientific and operational excellence, Regeneron is a leading science-based biopharmaceutical company that discovers, invents, develops, manufactures, and commercializes medicines for the treatment of serious medical conditions. In addition, the intern will help the Transactions Law Group attorneys with strategic transactions and collaborations.

Primary responsibilities will include reviewing contracts and participating in their negotiation for various of the areas listed above. Agreement types may include confidentiality agreements, material transfer agreements, consulting agreements and service agreements. Successful candidates will also coordinate and contribute to the review or creation of template agreements and, using technical skills, refinements to the contract management system. Research projects and legal seminars will round out the experience. An end-of-internship presentation is required.
