Job Details
The Senior Associate Supply Chain will report to the Supply Chain Senior Manager within the Supply Chain Excellence and Innovation Organization. This individual will be responsible for leveraging new technologies to build and/or transform business processes to meet changing business needs and drive value. The Senior Associate will work to develop the organization's digital roadmap; staying ahead of digital trends and seeking ways to seamlessly align and integrating technologies to support the founded strategy and overarching goals of the broader organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform existing business models by leveraging innovative technologies to drive organizational value, performance, decision-making and patient experience
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance and enforcement of technical solutions through agile processes
- Utilize new and emerging technologies to creatively and efficiently aid with project management, reporting, content exchange, and problem resolution
- Streamline business processes through data optimization and advanced analytics
- Promote a culture of digital innovation and provide technical and digital support
Basic Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Science or Engineering
Or
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Supply Chain, Business Development and/or Technical experience
OR
Associate's degree and 6 years of Supply Chain, Business Development and/or Technical experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 8 Supply Chain, Business Development and/or Technical experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Awareness of digital trends and developments
- Self-motivated individual who demonstrates strong business and technology acumen
- Excellent presentation skills, including expertise with Microsoft Office
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Exhibits strong leadership skills, upholding a sense of personal and team accountability
- Project management experience
- Experience in supply chain and/or logistics
- Experience in highly regulated industries with understanding of Good Practice (GxP) principles
