The US Repatha Brand team at Amgen is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Thousand Oaks, California location. This Strategic Planning role will report to the Repatha Brand Lead and be primarily responsible for brand strategy and performance management activities.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead monthly brand performance tracking, measurement, and insight generation
  • Ensure the appropriate measurement plans and tools are in place to learn and optimize all marketing initiatives
  • Work with cross-functional partners to understand business drivers and identify actionable insights
  • Assist in development of Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Lead brand's strategic planning process
  • Ad hoc strategic projects


Basic Qualifications

Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing and/or analytics experience

OR

Master's degree and 4 years of marketing and/or analytics experience

OR

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of marketing and/or analytics experience

OR

Associate's degree and 10 years marketing and/or analytics experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 12 years marketing and/or analytics experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Brand management and/or marketing experience
  • Proven ability to analyze a business problem, develop an appropriate strategy, implement effective tactics, and measure results
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Strong project management skills
