Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Leads discovery and requirements elicitation workshops for security platforms and projects
- Implements solutions for partners based on functional specifications
- Develops change management plans to ensure successful transition to new security and automation solutions
- Experience as the voice of the customer for defining project scope
- Drives project progression in alignment with day-to-day operations and service management
- Identifies insights and reporting capabilities to demonstrate usage and adoption of security applications
- Interacts with vendors to understand and develop joint roadmaps and strategies
- Delivers key performance indicators and corresponding governance processes to ensure operational sustainability
- Maintains and builds relationships with key partners
- Champions collaboration and works effectively on cross-functional teams
- Handles contending timelines and prioritizes critical tasks
- Contributes to the creation of backlog of requirements, user stories and their ownership and execution
- Reviews project deliverables throughout design and development to ensure quality and traceability to requirements and alignment to quality management plans and standards
- Participates in IT GxP validation reviews
- Executes projects to a timely and within-budget completion according to Agile standard methodologies
- Collaborates cross-functionally with analysts, engineers, data scientists to deliver continuous improvement in cyber defense/resilience
- Develops, implements, and sustains operational scripts, data structures, libraries and programming code that optimize security in emergent compute patterns with diverse applications throughout the global environment.
- Analyzes, designs, develops and operates programs, shell scripts, tests, and infrastructure automation capabilities in an advanced security context
Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree
OR
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of IT business analysis experience
OR
Associate's degree and 6 years of IT business analysis experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of IT business analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing and configuring security tools
- Experience building productive working relationships with business clients
- Experience with Python, PowerShell and Perl
- Experience developing in an Agile environment and delivering via Minimum Viable Products (MVP)
- Experience with integration standards, including Web Services, SOAP and REST
- Skilled with object-oriented design/development and semantic web standards including OWL
- Experience with an enterprise data lake and analytics tools
- DevOps experience building and deploying infrastructure with cloud deployment, build and test
