Job Details
Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Vivarium Operations Associate, Velocigene for our Tarrytown, New York location. Coordinate and participate in Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee activities and associated administrative operations. Implement protocol review process using web-based protocol tracking system for submissions, IACUC review, and investigator communications. Conduct initial administrative and technical pre-review of protocols. Coordinate semi-annual inspections and program reviews. Assist with corporate audits, inspections, and site visits. Review documentation related to regulatory compliance. Coordinate IACUC training programs to promote awareness of new regulatory developments. Assist in development and implementation of databases for tracking and information management, and develop database training tutorials and records. Coordinate onboarding of new employees
Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field and one year experience in laboratory animal science. Must possess one year of experience with adherence to federal and state laws as they pertain to the function and purpose of the IACUC.
