Job Summary
Responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of workplace solutions. Deliver services and transactions based on the strategy and design developed by the various Center of Excellence.

Provide administrative Tier 1 support focused on resolving inquiries received from managers and employees based upon knowledge of DSI programs and policies; tracks inquiries to provide reports on insights and turnaround time etc.
  • Supports employees as they transition to new roles (especially for those employees on international assignment)
  • Program & Policy - Administration responsibilities of Severance plan, HR Compliance, Employee Surveys, International Assignments, Background Checks and I-9 form reviews
  • Leave of absence administration work
  • Ownership of (including authorization of all reimbursement payments from) numerous ancillary benefit programs (ex - Matching Gifts, Tuition Reimbursement)
  • Recruiting Operations - Coordinates the pre-hiring process from application to start date for all hires. Includes collecting all new hire paperwork, processing candidate expenses, assisting candidates with logging in, obtaining start dates, generating and submitting the New Hire Data Input form, communicating new hire orientation to appropriate departments, preparing and tracking sign-on bonuses and relocation agreements

  • Procurement Process Administration - Manage vendor contracts, expenses and purchase orders
  • HR Systems Data Entry, reporting and audit support
  • Event Management
  • HR Communication: Develop and deliver content to employees through meeting presentations / trainings, emails, online sites, brochures and newsletters to support program / policy changes, enrollment

Qualifications: Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources; Master's degree preferred;
  • Prefer HR internship

  • 1-3 years with Master's degree, 2-4 years with Bachelor's degree; inclusive of internship
  • Ability to use technology to provide direct access solutions for employees.
  • Prefer experience in HR services / operations space. P
  • refer knowledge of and experience across all HR administrative processes.
  • Track record of learning agility demonstrated in learning HR approaches and policies
