Job Summary
Partners with the Executive Director Total Wellbeing to develop and deliver a company-wide total wellbeing strategy that drives an excellent employee experience that enables our people to bring their very best to serve our patients Responsible for developing the strategy and execution of an employee centered experience at DSI and ensuring that employees remain engaged in the DSI Mission.

Responsibilities:

• Development of a consistent Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and vision of the DSI employee experience
• Coordinating with other HR leaders (such as Head of Total Wellbeing) to ensure EVP is being applied consistently across all HR functions, programs and processes
• Leads prioritized initiatives to enhance the employee experience (eg. on-boarding and assimilation) using a design thinking approach and incorporating innovative thinking and external best practices
• Partner with key business leaders to ensure a consistent experience is delivered to all employees, regardless of functional area
• Act as an advocate for managers and employees in developing all HR strategies, processes, programs and systems
• Building the strategy for employee engagement surveys for DSI and a continuous engagement strategy
• Designing and administering employee engagement and culture studies to identify key employee opinions and needs throughout the organization
• Analyzing study results and, utilizing those results to formulate multi-year strategic recommendations to ensure the quality of the employee experience
• Design effective communications strategies for employees while partnering across all DSI HR disciplines
• Identify and implement technology to enable communications that enhance the DSI employee experience

Qualifications: Successful candidates will be able to meet the qualifications below with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Education:Bachelor's degree required in psychology or communication fields preferred, Masters preferred

Experience:

• 10+ years of human resources and/or communications experience
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience designing communications strategies
• Ability to write simplified and effective employee communications
• Selection and utilization of employee sensing techniques
• Ability to advocate on behalf of employees
• Ability to influence senior management effectively
• Coordination across multiple disciplines / functions
