Job Details

Our Foundational Immunology department at our Cambridge Research Center (CRC) located in Boston, MA is seeking a hardworking scientist with expertise in cellular immunology! With patients at the heart of all we strive for, we are committed to provide an outstanding opportunity for a scientist to work in a dynamic, innovative, and multi-disciplinary environment to develop their career at the interface of basic research and early drug discovery!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create therapeutic molecules using DNA technology
  • Perform expression and purification of recombinant proteins
  • Test purified proteins in functional cellular assays
  • Conceptualize and design strategies to make therapeutic reagents
  • Execute and analyze the overall aim of promoting innovative drug discovery


  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or related field with typically 0+ years of experience
  • Exposure to an industry environment through an Internship or Co-op is preferred
  • Basic cell biology and biochemical skills including but not limited to: Tissue culture, Transfection, SDS-PAGE, Immunoprecipitation, Western blotting.
  • Demonstrated experience in recombinant DNA technology, design, expression and purification of recombinant monoclonal/ bi-specific molecules
  • Experience balancing multi-color flow cytometry-both handling flow cytometer (Canto, MACS Quant)
  • Independently analyzing the data using analytical software such as FlowJo is required
  • Competence of carrying out ELISA/MSD to quantitate soluble cytokines
  • Knowledge of DNA/RNA handling and other molecular biology techniques like PCR and qPCR.
  • Proficient in size exclusion chromatography (SEC) and mass spectrometry
