Summary

This role will report to the Director, WW Value and Segmentation Marketing as part of the WW Value and Access Organization. Associate Director, WW Value and Segmentation Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing payer messaging, tools and initiatives that support all priority products within the BMS portfolio across all identified archetypes of Markets across the Globe. The role would be very critical in partnering with the WW Market Access Strategy Leads, WW HEOR, Pricing and Commercial teams as well as with VAP/HEOR teams from the key Markets. The Associate Director, WW Value and Segmentation Marketing is expected to be able to connect the dots between the current Access, Pricing, HEOR and Policy strategies and create a bridge to either making payer messaging relevant for proactive or reactive use. Principal stakeholders for this role are amongst the WW Access/HEOR/Pricing/Commercial/R&D organizations as well as VAP/HEOR from the key Markets.The Associate Director, WW Value and Segmentation Marketing responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

Managing segment marketing to identify needs of specific market archetypes and stakeholders relevant to the brand/brands and drive payer communication efforts.

Designing customer facing tools such reactive and proactive payer presentations to enable stakeholders to comprehend the health-related quality of life, economic benefits, cost-effectiveness and budget impact.

Maintaining focus and understanding of external environment, contact with experts (institutions, regulatory bodies, etc.).

Reviewing with relevant Market Access Strategy Lead, Director in Region Access Marketing, matrix team members and country relevant stakeholders, market research and external market shifts to garner insights affecting brands / specific customers.

Advancing strategic discussions around commercial data requirements driven by internal/external customer insight.

Building understanding of evolving access environment and drive focus on stakeholder relevant measures around QoL, economic benefits, cost-effectiveness and budget impact.

Delivering impactful economic tools or materials to country market access teams that address customer needs around outcomes of interest.

The person in role is expected to work with the cross-functional and cross-geography teams to deliver focus around understanding the evolving clinical product profile and bridge that to the emerging real world data and/or evidence. The output of this effort would be expected to deliver tools that hold clinical and economic value for our cross-geography external customers /stakeholders and help us drive our customers to make decisions based on Value.

Required knowledge and capabilities

5+ years of demonstrated high-level technical and professional knowledge and skills in the areas of Market Access or Marketing or Market Research or Medical Strategy or HEOR in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively & efficiently drive performance within a matrix and international/worldwide organization

Experience and knowledge of the principles of marketing, with a strong clinical acumen and relevant access experience

Strong communication skills, the ability to network across a broad internal and external matrix organization, and the skills necessary to form strong, productive partnerships

Highly motivated with a demonstrated ability to drive execution of key initiatives and meet all deadlines

Strong ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent
