POSITION SUMMARY:

ArcherDX is looking for an experienced Clinical Services Liaison professional who will be the primary interface between clinical services customers (laboratories, biopharma partners, internal parties and partner labs) and the clinical laboratory team. Using project management principles and organizational skills, this position will be responsible for the successful execution of approved clinical service projects from on-boarding all the way to data reporting and customer follow-up.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Four (4) years relevant experience in a commercial / industry setting
  •  A minimum of four (4) years experience in a customer facing role with direct client interaction acting as a project lead or project manager
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple high priority projects and work independently as the clinical services lead
  • Ability to identify and respond to Requests for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFP) for genomic services.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage laboratory biopharma work projects and ensure all teams are meeting requirements and timelines related to each work product, 
  • Develop a project management strategy for organizing all aspects of biopharma service projects and ensure appropriate documentation, policies, procedures, templates, forms, plans and checklists are developed to standardize the biopharma project management process.  
    • Train staff on project management strategies and how to document project related materials as needed,
  • Identify resource needs in servicing biopharma clients, notify supervisor of needs and plans to address those needs, 
  • Act as the ArcherDx Clinical Services project manager on biopharma projects
    • Responsible for establishing timelines and communicating changes in timelines to customer and ArcherDx management
  • Join management in appropriate pre-sales, sales or post-sales meetings with regard to biopharma services
  • Participating in audits and client site visits as required
  • Provide management feedback on gaps in current testing services offered by the company
  • Pro-actively identify RFI/RFP opportunities with existing and new clients and lead response efforts within the company
  • Additional responsibilities include those determined by management to support the company’s goals

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) AND;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in science, biological science, computational biology or biotechnology
