The Consumer Associate Marketing Manager, Digital & Social will be responsible for executing key elements of the Consumer marketing strategy, critical to commercial success of Aimovig, Amgen's preventive migraine treatment. The role will develop and evangelize an understanding of the migraine consumer and executing opportunities to continue to disrupt this competitive space.

The Consumer Associate Marketing Manager, Digital & Social will partner heavily with internal and external cross-functional partners and manage and monitor both branded and unbranded social presence, driving continuous optimization and enhancing brand team understanding of consumer needs and marketplace dynamics.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Support the development of brand presence in social channels that improves consumer engagement and loyalty. This includes both social care and responses, as well as executing organic and paid social creative.
  • Work with social agency to monitor brand presence and appropriate real-time responses and to advance issues when appropriate.
  • Maintain and build social response library, ensuring alignment with brand tone/voice, and proactively identifying new response requirements to support upcoming programs or emerging conversations.
  • Facilitate all approval and reporting processes to ensure compliance.
  • Lead social listening reporting with agency - both scheduled and ad-hoc as required.
  • Implement test and learns to support marketing innovation.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree

OR

Associate's degree and 4 years of marketing and/or sales management experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 6 years of marketing and/or sales management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, sense of urgency and executional excellence.
  • Ability to work well in team environments.
  • Ability to operate independently with clear objectives and direction, ensuring work product quality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: active listener, ability to recognize patterns and coordinate observations into insights and recommendations.
