Summary:
The Manager, Digital Content & Asset Manager position based in Sleepy Hollow, NY is a key digital content leadership role within the Commercial IT team. The ideal candidate will be a leader responsible for managing digital content platforms and services for the Commercial IT, Marketing Technology team. The role will work interactively with Commercial Operations, Marketing teams and external partners to support digital content development, approval and archival processes. The role will build strong stakeholder relationships with process owners to ensure appropriate demand management and delivery

Responsibilities:
Provide technical and process optimization support to the commercial promotional approval process (Medical, Legal & Regulatory) stakeholders
Lead the change management process for the Veeva PromoMats, Veeva Vault Digital Asset Management other digital asset platforms, activities include but not limited to, change request prioritization, administration, technical assessments and alternatives, documentation, testing and execution
Partner with the marketing technology lead to establish a technology governance council for content platforms to ensure strategic alignment with commercial objectives and long-term scalability
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned process workstreams within Commercial Teams and other IT functions.
Serve as the primary IT escalation point for the commercial content approval and digital asset management workstreams
Partner with internal IT stakeholders to develop and implement best practices, digital capability delivery and technology support services.
Lead process improvement projects for content production workstreams leveraging robust project management and process improvement practices

The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job:
Minimum 4+ years of digital technology management or relevant IT experience, and minimum of 3 years in promotional content management in a pharma or an agency setting
Experience supporting, and leading promotional content approval and digital asset management is a plus
Preferred Skills/Qualification
Understanding of the pharmaceutical business, promotional material approval processes, digital asset management and the technology platforms in place to support those processes
Experience with marketing technology environments including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, data security and pharma promotional material regulations
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with exceptional relationship development, communication skills, business analysis, and a range of knowledge around content approval and digital asset technologies and practices
Experience managing remote teams, as well as managing indirect, direct reports, and contingent resources required
Experience in high performing matrix environment and collaborating with Commercial and IT organizations required.
Proven technical, leadership and management skills with the ability to manage simultaneous priorities and changing deadlines
Able to present a professional image of IT to all stakeholders through verbal and written interactions. Exceptional customer service skills and abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, associates and at all levels of management.
Ability to work with independently and make decisions independently.
Education
Minimum or equivalent of a BA/BS degree is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
