Summary:
Supports data management project teams within Global Development.
Provides administrative and project support to access management workflows, process improvement project teams, other leaders/teams as assigned.
Includes managing EDC database access requests, meeting invites and logistics, coordinating events, meetings and projects with administrative support for applications: Microsoft, SharePoint, Concur, as required, or other specialized support as required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage database access for Data Management, events and meetings, perform archiving activities for assigned studies
o Directly administer the database access interface based on request form workflows (EDC, SharePoint, other data systems)
o File data management documents from legacy studies into the Trial Master File
o Answer clients' queries about database access, escalate issues to supervisors or senior team members
o Maintain and update records/reports of users' access
o Order and prepare session materials and AV equipment/support for events
o Book rooms and order food from internal and external catering for events and meetings
o Manage security and wifi for vendors and guests
o Attend events and record project team output as assigned
o Develop and maintain working knowledge of communication devices and applications to enable tech savvy meetings without interruption

• Build strong network with all admins to facilitate scheduling with leaders throughout Global Development

• Support projects in tandem with Data Management Operations Leaders
o Contribute to project plans based on subteam output
o Build project team folders and granting access in Share Point
o Send information to project teams
o Work with Leads to work throughout checklist for each project; execute assigned tasks with minimal direction

• Manage metrics as assigned, update project metrics reports for leader updates

• Manage Data Management Operations/Access Management calendar/inbox

• Coordinate basic workflows within the department and may help streamline processes; make recommendations for solutions to issues

• Use judgment to escalate issues to the appropriate team members for consideration and resolution

• Update SharePoint department page(s)

• Apply knowledge of company policies and standard practices to resolve problems

• Work with supervisor to act as a point person for all new employees within the department(s), coordination with IT, Facilities, and Procurement, communicates with space planning

• Provide administrative support to other leaders as assigned

Requirements:
Knowledge & Skills

• Ability to prioritize and multitask is required while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Is a quick learner and can cope with change; can handle risk and uncertainty; can shift gears comfortably

• Works independently
Minimum Years of Experience:

• 1 year in pharma, healthcare, data access, administrative or project coordination experience preferred
Minimal educational requirements:

• High School Diploma
