Perform an internship during Summer 2020 which will involve participation in laboratory activities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Perform laboratories activities for Regeneron molecules

• Perform activities in a GMP work environment

• Complete appropriate training as assigned by manager

• Work in an assay validation team and to perform activities in support of validations or support assay transfer projects and continuous improvement ideas

• Applies scientific principles to successfully complete assigned tasks

• Presents findings in poster or presentation format at group or interdepartmental meetings

• Participates in interdepartmental discussions

Education and Experience:

• Rising Soph., Rising Jr. or Rising Sr.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Chemical or Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, or applicable Life Sciences Curriculum

• Handling of cell cultures experience is desired but not a requirement

• General understanding of chemistry related concepts

• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

• Ability to communicate with transparency

• Continuously drive to improve processes for improved performance

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Gathers and organizes information

• Meets commitments on time

• Follows directions; performs well-defined tasks

• Effective time management skills

• Seeks to identify continuous improvement needs
