As an Information Systems Project Manager, you will be based in Thousand Oaks, CA, serving as the lead project manager and scrum master for the Regulatory Information Management (RIM) product team on a large-scale transformation program. You will also be accountable for developing and reporting periodic project and financial indicators relating to project objectives, risks, costs and trends. You will apply Agile project management methodologies in the development, initiation, planning, execution, control and closing of projects.

Qualifications:
  • Proven project management skills using a diverse toolset of methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps)
  • Possesses deep understanding of traditional project & program management, methodologies and tools
  • Highly motivated, collaborative, works effectively under minimal supervision and places priority on the successful completion of team goals
  • Proficient with scope management, schedule management, resource management, financial management, and risk and issue management
  • Develops innovative ways to introduce change across a diverse and matrixed organization
  • Works successfully in complex and ambiguous scenarios, thinks strategically, collects, digests and assembles information to enable meaningful business analyses and decision-making
  • Possesses strong learning agility and technical leadership - ability to breakdown complex topics issues and into actionable plans for team execution
  • Displays innovative approaches to change management
  • Good communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical and presentation skills
  • Partners with technical leads to identify key work products, ensure cross-functional alignment, and execute plans to meet project goals
  • Champions collaboration and works effectively on cross-functional teams
  • Successfully balances contending priorities under ambiguous circumstances

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree
OR
Master's degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience
OR
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Information Systems experience
OR
Associate's degree and 10 years of Information Systems experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Information Systems experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years project management experience leading multi-million dollar, multi-functional and highly technical programs crossing multiple geographies
  • Scrum master certification
  • PMP certification
  • Experience operating in a GxP validated environment


Bio-Pharmaceutical technology environment experience highly advantageous
