An internship at Regeneron is a paid position which can take place during the summer or as a co-op over the course of the fall/spring semesters. Interns are temporary assignments (with a minimum of 10 weeks) that are allocated a defined project, which has a distinct goal and end date upon completion. The internship will allow the identified candidate to become familiar with specific training and work experiences.

Within Regeneron Supply Chain, you will be at the center of activity required to ensure we provide every patient and study with the material they need, every time. This exciting opportunity works cross-functionally with groups such as manufacturing, quality, program management and finance to make sure we are producing the right material at the right time and of the utmost quality.

Intern Requirements:
Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's

Possible Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Perform and/or develop data analytics to identify key trends or insights and improve reporting efficiency
  • Assist in the development and tracking of metrics to measure the timeliness, accuracy and integrity of data from stakeholders
  • Build reports to present information effectively to support resolution of issues
  • Align across teams to improve reporting integrity
  • Observe, review and map current processes
  • Interrogate current state to develop recommendations for process improvements
  • Design an implementation plan for recommendations
  • Support system development and implementation including the development and/or utilization of data entry forms and reports
  • Document user requirements associated with varying processes
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience in MS Access and MS Visio preferred
  • Ability to interpret complex data and communicate recommendations
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and produce results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
