Job Details
Job Responsibilities include:
Operating Review:
- Responsible for the coordination efforts in supporting a bi-annual Performance Operating Review process of our agencies of record and selected boutique supplier partners.
- Work with brand teams and agencies on appropriate identification of members that will provide feedback and participate in the review process.
- Coordinate the scheduling of the Operating Review sessions confirming they are appropriately attended by the right staff from Amgen and the Agency
- Support the Senior Manager of Strategic Agency Engagement with the summary and insight building of the review deck prior to the review sessions
- Manage certain supplier Operating Review sessions as directed by the Senior Manager of Strategic Agency Engagement
- Evaluate overall effectiveness of the Operating Review template/s and innovate/automate as dictated by business needs
Project Management
- Planning, tracking reporting, ensuring timely delivery of all operational aspects of the Strategic Agency Engagement
- Supplier Onboarding as needed
- ARMS Management including timely Agency of Record Scope of Work delivery in ARMS
- Support adherence to decoupled production model through review of Agency of Record scopes of work
Basic Qualifications
Master's degree
OR
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Agency Relations and/or Project management experience
OR
Associate degree and 6 years of Agency Relations and/or Project management experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 8 years Agency Relations and/or Project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- BS degree or equivalent in marketing, business or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent project management and coordination/collaboration skills
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team, excellent organizational and communication skills as well as responsiveness to coaching
- Attention to details and quality
- Autonomy to work independently with few instructions as well as know when to obtain direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills
- Leadership and initiative for process improvement
- Ability to successfully prioritize a diverse workload to meet deadlines and client expectations
