Summary: Supports the manufacturing and Process Sciences departments through monitoring of manufacturing process performance, performing data analyses, and using quality engineering tools.

Level to be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Accurately source process data from paper records and database systems (LIMS, Qumas, OPM, Historian).

• Perform verified data entry tasks into electronic systems in a timely and efficient manner.

• Track cycle time and metrics for the data entry process

• Use statistical process control, process capability, multiple regression, and other appropriate tools to monitor process performance, identify trends, and support investigations.

• Support the implementation, expansion and continuous improvement of Regeneron's Application for Data Aggregation and reporting system (Discoverant).

• Support the implementation of data visualization tools and dashboard solutions.

• Support the development of automated solutions that address specific analytical objectives and facilitate report generation and distribution of analyses.

• Support predictive modeling initiatives by learning and applying advanced numerical and statistical techniques including multiple linear regression and multivariate analyses to analyze large sets of process data and generate predictive models.

• Manage quality system events pertaining to data integrity and data management such as investigations, CAPAs and Change Controls.

• Provide support to computer system validation for Discoverant.

• Write technical reports to support process monitoring and data management tasks.

Education and Experience:

• Requires BS/Ba in life sciences/engineering, math or related field; Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology preferred.

• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• cGMP manufacturing experience and drug product experience preferred.
