Adicet is developing the next generation immunotherapies by generating a pipeline of allogeneic gamma delta T cell products engineering with CAR or TCR. In addition,
Adicet's immune cell platform is complemented by its ability to identify and validate novel disease specific peptide-MHC targets and generates T cell receptor-like antibodies directed against these disease-specific peptide MHC complexes.

Adicet Bio was founded in late 2015 with significant investment from OrbiMed, Novartis Venture Funds and Pontifax. In August 2016, Regeneron and Adicet Bio announced a strategic collaboration to discover and develop next-generation engineered immune-cell therapeutics and in September 2016, Adicet Bio was recognized and named by FierceBiotech as a "Fierce 15" Biotech Company of 2016.

FRONT DESK RECEPTION

We are looking for an individual who will be the face and voice of Adicet Bio. Someone who has a hospitality mind set and a passion to serve. This front desk role goes beyond receptionist - you welcome our guests and exhibit our culture. You collaborate and come with a ‘no task too big or too small' attitude and an eye for details. You are warm, can generate smiles and are able to assess situations quickly. You work well in an environment that requires multi-tasking, embracing change and providing a high-touch, positive and professional experience for all.

The person in this role will need to be a master at handling complicated details and logistics who has the desire to go above and beyond. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and will have the ability to be resourceful and build relationships across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries; routes calls to specific people
  • Maintains security by following guest procedures; monitoring visitor sign-in/sign-out
  • Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with expectations, procedures, and internal/external
  • Maintains continuity with colleagues by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs and sharing these as needed with the
  • Maintains office supplies, office equipment and refreshments for multiple facility sites.
  • Maintains/sets-up conference rooms and set-up video conferences.
  • Coordinates the pick-up & delivery/distribution of USPS and express mail services (FedEx, UPS, )
  • Provides clerical support to groups as
  • Assists with ordering lunches and refreshments as needed for staff and, visitor meetings including ordering, set-up and clean-up.
  • Assists with coordination of office/offsite activities/events, including catering for meetings.
  • Assists in escorting visitors and vendors to multiple facility sites.
  • Assists in arranging local ground transportation if needed by visitors.
  • Assists in ordering, restocking and inventorying of breakroom supplies, general office and copier supplies.
  • Assists in routing and tracking invoices for approval.
  • Assists in Accounts Payable and Accounting filing and clerical tasks.
  • Assists with receiving in Point Purchasing.
  • Assists in other tasks and responsibilities as called


QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ year experience as a receptionist or administrative support role.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, & Excel).
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly.
  • Able to take on increased responsibility as the company grows.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to relate well with all levels of management and peers.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Able to adapt and meeting competing demands.
  • A positive can-do attitude.
  • Able to lift-up to 20 pounds.
