The main responsibility of this Business System Analyst role is to ensure deployment of and ongoing alignment to company standard security policies and technologies. You will work with partners in Global Information Protection, Global Business Services, local IS and business partners.
  • Maintain security patching levels on manufacturing system infrastructure and applications
  • Provide technical leadership to assess impact of software changes
  • Lead strategic, architecture, and design discussions to optimize processes to maintain cyber-security, assess threats, and develop analytic reports
  • Ensure alignment with the global platform architecture and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Investigate root cause and provide general support for deviations, non-conformances, corrective and preventative actions.

Basic Qualifications:

Master's degree


Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience


Associate's degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience


High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Information Systems experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated work history of working with computer systems from inception to deployment to maintenance and a general to good understanding of OS and application lifecycle maintenance.
  • Familiarity with current patching processes and tools
  • Familiarity with quality management systems
  • Ability to analyze problems, process complex data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication at all interpersonal levels
  • Good project management, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, leading timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality work (documentation, presentations, proof-of-concepts, etc.)
  • Experience working in a validated (GxP) environment, validation of work and leading QA approvals
