Summary: The 3PLWarehouse & Logistics Analyst will be responsible for supporting the operations of Regeneron's external warehouses.

Level to be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Serve as primary liaison between Regeneron and 3rd party drug depots/distribution centers.

• Reviews and is responsible for updating 3PL standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure alignment between our external warehouses and Regeneron.

• Manages in and outbound component shipments.

• Manages component inventory and maintains accurate information in database.

• Continuously supports Commercial Trade, Product Supply, Supply Planning, Warehouse & Logistics and other functional areas with analytical support.

• Assists in generating and monitoring key performance indicators for Regeneron's external warehouse providers.

• Identifies strategic areas of opportunity and executes continuous improvement initiatives throughout the 3PL operations.

• Evaluates existing product flows and identifies new distribution/warehousing opportunities.

• Prepares, distributes and presents project status reports to management.

• Administers effective, accurate, and timely communication across functional areas, Regeneron locations and service providers.

• Prepares paperwork in relation to Approved Supplier List and partner agreements.

Education and Experience:

• Requires Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Warehousing and/or Logistics management.

• GMP compliance knowledge preferable.

• Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

• Ability to think creatively, proactively and propose solutions with attention to detail.

• Ability to effectively communicate issues and ideas with peers and with management.

• Ability to facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams.

• Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database management, and presentation software.
