Job Details

The Business Compliance Project Manager will be responsible for the management and successful completion of key initiatives and activities. Specifically, the Project Manager will provide support for department operations, data analysis, communications and continuous process improvements. The Project Manager will be responsible for the operationalization and ongoing management and execution of these activities. The Project Manager will also implement the Business Compliance communication strategy by creating and executing impactful communications. The Project Manager is expected to have a solid understanding of Healthcare Compliance fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Continually assesses existing processes and procedures to identify risk areas and risk scenarios: Develops solutions, proactively where possible, to mitigate, reduce or eliminate risk; promotes continuous improvement
  • Reviews performance dashboards and interprets data for purposes of assessing compliance trends, utilization, and performance against defined KPIs
  • Directs the development and implementation of initiatives, processes, metrics, tools, and infrastructure that will ensure efficiency in Business Compliance operations
  • Supports all of the senior leadership Compliance Forums and any other leadership meetings and communications
  • Works effectively with internal/external cross-functional teams; meets tight timelines and effectively manages competing priorities
  • Acts as liaison with various OEC (Office of Ethics and Compliance) departments
  • Works with Finance to evaluate and manage the Business Compliance budget


Basic:
  • Bachelor's degree, or five to seven (5-7) years of professional experience.
  • Experience in a compliance, regulatory, or oversight role within a pharmaceutical company.
  • Must have experience with process design & implementation, change management & communication, as well as procedure documentation.
  • Exceptional collaboration and partnering skills
  • Strong project management skills and key computer skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Project, etc.); Highly experienced PPT and Excel candidate preferred
  • Inquisitive with strong analytical skills, including the ability to infer and apply learnings and strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence to ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
