Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and productive scientist who will direct and perform cell-based assays to evaluate active molecules. Applicants must have a demonstrated track record to develop and validate in vitro, cell-based assays. They must be able to independently troubleshoot assays, perform data analysis, effectively summarize findings, and give presentations to internal teams.

Required Qualifications:
  • Ph. D, or MS with 2+ years or B.S. in Biological Sciences with 5+ years of experience
  • Experience in oncology research or drug discovery
  • Deep knowledge of assay validation. Hand on experience with standard assays, such as, but not limited to: multi-color flow cytometry, ELISA-type protein assays, qPCR, cytokine quantification, or high-content imagining platform
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Experience working in diverse, multi-disciplined groups and demonstrated ability to work in a matrix and multi-site work environments, manage multiple priorities, and at times, be self-directed
  • Excellent written and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in immunology or immune-oncology; experience with primary immune cells
  • Understanding of laboratory automation and standardized liquid handling instrumentation
