We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist to join us in the Translational Medicine department. You will generate and use translational data in the context of clinical studies, leading to impactful evidence and insights on our cellular therapy programs to advance mechanistic understanding of efficacy and toxicity of T cell immunotherapies.

You will have the primary responsibility to generate data utilizing a variety of assays conducted internally or outsourced, and design and implement analyses using a variety of data sources. These include but are not limited to clinical data, pharmacokinetics & pharmacodynamics readouts, product attributes, next-generation sequencing data. The insights generated will be utilized to inform our research and development efforts. This will require a solid biology background including immunology or oncology, complemented by some computational background in disciplines such as data science, statistics, machine learning, or bioinformatics. Experience with single cell genomics or proteomics analysis is highly desirable. You will need strong strategic, collaborative and communication skills to transform the way we use data and analytics to advance our pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage computational analysis strategies across a variety of biological, clinical, and manufacturing data to drive decisions in the development of next-generation cellular therapies.
  • Develop integrative analysis strategies and identify relationships between manufacturing process, product attributes (such as molecular/cellular phenotypes, cellular functional assays), patient characteristics, and clinical trial results.
  • Manage and structure large, complex data sets such RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, single cell sequencing, and high dimensional flow cytometry.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in translational medicine, biometrics, process development, and research by providing data analytics expertise.
  • Stay current with and adopt emerging analytical methodologies, tools and applications to ensure fit-for-purpose and impactful approaches.
