While leading AbbVie's Global TA Technology portfolio, you'll deliver an integrated technology strategy that supports our priorities of recruiter efficiency while attracting & acquiring the strongest talent enabling us to make a remarkable impact on people's lives. You'll manage third party partnerships as an extension of our team and engagement with TA members across the globe will be a daily habit ensuring the ultimate optimization and sustainment of our tools and technology eco-system.

Job Description:

  • Lead AbbVie's Talent Acquisition Technology portfolio with particular focus on ATS, CRM, and career site optimization across the business enterprise. Key partner with IT and HRIT workstream leads to deliver forward-thinking, efficient technology that enhances the Recruiter, Candidate and Customer experience.
  • Lead global project implementations from business case development through requirements definition, evaluation & selection, design, implementation and long-term sustainment inclusive of documented standard operating procedures. Manage and deliver technology enhancements leading to increased efficiency
  • Pull together & lead cross-functional and cross geographical project teams
  • Consistent & frequent engagement with stakeholders across the globe to understand challenges and priorities. Deliver consultative guidance & recommendations to close the gap
  • Deliver proactive updates to stakeholders on status of projects and on-going optimization of tools (ROI)
  • Proven success working in a highly matrixed environment driven by clearly articulated measures of success
  • Management of third party-vendor relationships with a focus on true partnership to achieve full optimization. Proactive intervention reducing issues and improving performance. Clearly articulated goals and objectives to be delivered annually via partnerships.
  • Key partner with our IT and HRIT team members on all tools and technology related initiatives.
  • Proactively reach out to external organizations to keep a pulse of leading practices. Share learnings & leverage insights to inform future state strategies


  • Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the TA Technology landscape having implemented on a global scale.
  • Proven project and change management skills with a proven ability to take others with you
  • Strong communication skills inclusive of listening, summarizing and presenting to all levels
  • Highly organized with a curious and analytical mindset
