The Marketing Communications Coordinator will manage the tactical execution of global marketing communications projects. This position will work with the VP of Marketing to develop a global marketing strategy, and will be responsible for executing and managing a global marketing strategy for lead generation.

The successful applicant will:

  • Implement and help develop tactical marketing communications projects, including: sales tools, marketing collateral, advertisements, tradeshow booths, websites, and training materials.
  • Manage a global digital marketing plan, tracking effectiveness
  • Act as liaison between product management, sales, marketing, and the creative design team.
  • Effectively coordinate the development, design, approval, production, and distribution of marketing materials in partnership with the creative design team.
  • Champion the company brand identity across all developed materials.
  • Measure the effectiveness of different marketing activities in lead generation, determining ROI

Major Functions:

  • Coordinate marketing communications projects
  • Partner with product managers and sales team to gather project needs and specifications.
  • Process all incoming leads in our CRM, an initiate qualification
  • Identify key opinion leads and develop voice of the customer
  • Support development of marketing and promotional material for tradeshows
  • Act as a brand steward, upholding brand and trademark standards and consistency in all projects.

Education & Experience

  • PhD, Masters or BS in Life Science required
  • Minimum of one year of routine laboratory experience in Western blotting and gel electrophoresis.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
  • This individual should pay strong attention to detail, be friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic, enjoy speaking with a variety of people each day, work well with other people as a team, and enjoy solving problems under a deadline.

Salary and position title are commensurate with education level and post-degree experience.
