Enterprise Applications Support Analyst - Tier 2

Paragon Gene Therapy, in Baltimore, Gaithersburg, Catonsville, & Harmans, Maryland, provides industry-leading GMP development and manufacturing services for cutting-edge biopharmaceuticals such as recombinant viral vectors, next generation vaccines & hard-to-express recombinant proteins and oncolytic viruses.

The Enterprise Systems Support Analyst provides technical level two support to the document management and Enterprise Resource Planning enterprise systems. You collaborate across teams to deliver quality service to end-users. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience working in a GXP environment governed by Regulatory Agencies. Knowledge should also include 21 CFR Part 11, Computer System Validation, and cGMP regulations and GDocP practices. Additionally, have a strong interest in ERP or QAD systems, and Quality Management System, and is eager to expand their knowledge and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for level 2 support of the QAD ERP and EDMS-LMS systems
• Assist in managing the primary Enterprise Resource Planning tool
• Support applications such as 32Soft, and Putty.
• Assist in the gathering of business needs and translate into system and operational requirements, using QAD, while maintaining SDLC standards.
• Assist in the launching of new business solutions. Coordinate fit-to-business, training, and deployment
  Create and maintains reports
• Provide QAD application level support, delivering solutions for incident resolution and identifying business process improvement opportunities.
• Manage application service and change requests (problem resolution, new features, new structures, configuration settings).
• Manage expectations with key stakeholders (ERP Owner, program managers, end-users, etc.) as to delivery and status of the deliverable.
• Create/recommend system solutions and modifications that increase productivity.
• Review, analyze, construct, and modify business application systems including testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Understand business and technical requirements; develop, document, and help implement solution designs.
• Coordinate and maintain the configuration of QAD ERP modules.
• Training key users in support of upgrades and enhancements to QAD ERP system.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
• 5 or more years of experience with ERP implementation & support
• Experience supporting mission critical systems for an enterprise
• Must have excellent customer / end-user service skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to lead and manage all aspects of a project
