Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to requirements management, process design, and software implementation
- Engage business users to analyze business needs, elicit requirements and document business and solution requirements
- Craft business process analysis artifacts, including use cases, stories, process diagrams and project schedules
- Work with cross-functional representatives across business partners to align processes
- Work with development team by translating business requirements to technical specifications
- Execute all facets of testing (e.g. Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Functional Testing, System Testing, Usability Testing, Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, Beta Testing)
- Provide critical thinking and strategic discernment to resolve significant technical challenges
- Work with and or adapt to multiple project methodologies (e.g. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall)
- Build productive working relationships with business clients
Basic Qualifications:
Master's degree
Or
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience
Or
Associate's degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience
Or
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Information Systems experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of CRM and interest in developing Salesforce capabilities
- Experience in M&A evaluations and integrations
- Clear understanding of requirements management and business processes design
- Understanding of and ability to work in Agile teams (SCRUM)
- Great teaming skills encompassing multi-functional teams, peer relationships, informing, understanding and appreciating differences
- Ability to follow to SOPs, methodologies and policies
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative
- Highly motivated and able to work effectively under minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to set the context and present on complex subjects in a clear and concise manner
