The Bone Health Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing key elements of the consumer marketing strategy for Prolia® and EVENITY®. Critical to the role will be developing and overseeing the implementation of the CRM/email strategy and customer lifecycle programs to maximize customer engagement, adherence and satisfaction via the Bone MattersTM patient support program, social media, and digital channels (websites). This role provides a tremendous opportunity to work on Prolia®, a $2.2 billion blockbuster therapy treating over 1 million patients with post-menopausal osteoporosis in the US and EVENITY®, a recently launched addition to the bone health franchise. The Bone Health Marketing Manager will partner heavily with internal and external cross-functional partners and be responsible for leading and managing consumer-focused agencies and media.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead execution of marketing tactics, ensuring creative excellence and integration with overall consumer marketing strategy and existing campaigns.
  • Implement test and learns to support marketing innovation.
  • Support the development of brand presence in digital and social channels that enhances consumer engagement and loyalty.
  • Work with social agency to monitor brand presence and appropriate real-time responses and to escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Facilitate all approval and reporting processes to ensure compliance.
  • Drive tracking of all digital KPIs and budget, recommending optimization where needed.
  • Leadership of agencies to hold them accountable to the highest standards of performance.
  • Lead Medical, Legal, Regulatory approval and print/digital production of assets.


Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree

OR

Master's degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

Associate's Degree and 8 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

OR

High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Multi-channel strategy development
  • Experience with CRM/email campaign development, digital, and social strategy and tactic execution
  • Strong self-starter; ability to lead others to meet multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously in a cross-functional, team-based environment
  • Strong communication effectiveness: The ability to effectively engage, connect, and influence senior management and the sales and marketing organizations
  • Ability to translate and communicate complex information/strategies into simple and impactful execution plans
