Research Operations is currently seeking a motivated, value-focused Senior Associate Project Management. This position will report directly to the Senior Manager of Research Operations in the Regulatory Operations team. Responsibilities include:

Business management and support of Research organizations in various key areas

Support the management and quality control of nonclinical information in research reports and regulatory filings by conducting complex verification of nonclinical data and content

Create, revise, and/or verify data tables, edit documents, and document verification observations

Consolidate and summarize quality metrics for functional and executive management

Management of controlled documents with document creation, formatting, and processing and ensure the accuracy, adequacy, and consistency of these documents

Project management support of various process improvements and quality projects

Basic Qualifications
Master's degree
Bachelor's degree and 2 years project management experience
Associate's degree and 6 years project management experience
High school diploma / GED and 8 years project management experience

Preferred Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge and experience with office and business technologies (Microsoft office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, One Note, One Drive; Box, Smartsheet applications)
Basic understanding of biological sciences, toxicology and/or drug development process
Strong medical/technical writing skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Focus on process improvement to increase quality and operational efficiency
Strong oral and written communication skills

Experience in a project management role, practiced in project management methodologies
Proficient time management and project management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities in a continually changing environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Self-motivating, resourceful, creative, and flexible

Quick learner, proactive, takes initiative
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team matrix environment
