General Position Summary/Purpose:

Support with scheduling meetings, reporting, documentation, prioritizing tasks, and preparing presentations. Must treat all confidential and sensitive information responsibly.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Meetings and Scheduling, Agenda Maintenance, Reporting and Expense Reports, Call managements, etc.
  • Supporting Documentation Collection
  • Solid Presentation and Slide Decks Preparation
  • Prioritization judgement in Agenda schedule and changes
  • Capability to treat confidential documents and information flow with Functional Impact responsibly
  • Participating in Department / team initiatives or projects
  • Supporting cost management and tracking invoices
  • Support multiple Department Heads
  • Works Cross Functionally and liaise with external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • BA and min 2 - 4 or a minimum 5 Plus Years of experience (preferred 10 Plus years of experience)
