We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our safety pharmacology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running, analyzing, and reporting several routine, in vivo assays, developing new capabilities, as well as assisting senior scientists with projects as needed in a collaborative, team-based setting. By conducting in vivo & in vitro cardiovascular studies, the successful candidate will contribute to the evaluation of safety pharmacologic profiles on the cardiovascular system and provide key mechanism of action results of evolving therapeutics during early drug discovery through early clinical drug development. The position is part of a key interface between internal stakeholders across AbbVie (i.e. Discovery, Development Sciences, Preclinical Toxicology, and DMPK).
