Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive implementation, future upgrades and consistent adoption of a that combines Patient Journey 2.0 framework, deep dive toolkit and account journey
  • Drive development implementation, future upgrades of the digital Patient Journey & Deep Dives
  • Create innovative approaches for the introduction of real-time insights to continuously build AbbVie's understanding of our stakeholders needs to the changing market dynamics.
  • Ensure that Patient Journey 2.0 framework is integrated into the overall 175 integrated brand planning process from discovery to IFT including deep dive methodology & account journey methodology
  • Ensure a seamless and effective pull through of Patient journey findings to strategic planning and account level execution
  • Ensure that Account level journey methodology is developed and embedded into the IFT playbooks
  • Collaborate with Brand and Commercial Excellence and Brand Teams to ensure that new framework is at the centre of our brand planning process
  • Applying organizational change management techniques to effect change in building capabilities

Experiences Required:

  • Bachelor/Masters degree in Marketing/Medical/HEOR/ Market access/Pharmacy/Nursing/Public Health or Public Affairs
  • Good performance track record in developing frameworks and capabilities
  • Networker that can build effective working relationships with a broad range of cross-functional and international stakeholders
  • Planning, organizing and managing complex projects whilst dealing with conflicting priorities, efficiently and effectively
  • Assimilate complex information to identify trends, obstacles and Commercial opportunities
  • Able communicator with the ability to inspire teams utilizing effective written and oral communication
  • Experience managing innovative programmes in complex legislative environments and with multiple stakeholders
