Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated scientist to execute functional profiling experiments to support discovery of therapeutic antibodies for the IO portfolio at our Redwood City, CA site. Applicant must have basic knowledge of and prior experience with oncology drug discovery. He /She will work with cross-functional project teams to validate required assays and to implement automation. He/she should demonstrate strong capacity to learn and desire to grow within the role.

Requirements
  • BS with 2+ years' or MS with 1+ years' experience with biological laboratory experience. Degree should be in Biology or related field
  • Hands-on experience to validate and carry out cell-based assays, such as ELISA, Flow Cytometry, PCR, Proliferation, Reporter Assays, etc. High-content Imagining knowledge is highly desirable
  • Excellent computer and data processing skills
  • Experiences in testing small molecules or antibodies
  • Excellent presentation skills, written and oral communication skills, and a strong desire to promote productive collaborations across portfolios


Preferred

Experience in immunoassays such as whole blood, T-cells, B-cells, monocytes and macrophages

Hands-on experience with contemporary automated platforms
