Purpose of the Position:

The Facilities Services Technician is responsible for performing maintenance activities including but not limited to, building and grounds maintenance. This person will also assist with equipment maintenance and repair.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with installation of equipment and write basic safety and maintenance procedures.
  • Assist with oversight of facilities services contractors.
  • Responsible for performing all work using all prescribed safety procedures.
  • Responsible for execution of all assigned maintenance tasks at all Massachusetts based facilities (Milford MA, and Marlboro MA).


Job Knowledge Required:

  • Experience working in a cGMP environment is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience with general facility maintenance.
  • High school diploma required.
