Job Details

Adicet is developing the next generation immunotherapies by generating a pipeline of allogeneic gamma delta T cell products engineering with CAR or TCR. In addition,
Adicet's immune cell platform is complemented by its ability to identify and validate novel disease specific peptide-MHC targets and generates T cell receptor-like antibodies directed against these disease-specific peptide MHC complexes.

Adicet Bio was founded in late 2015 with significant investment from OrbiMed, Novartis Venture Funds and Pontifax. In August 2016, Regeneron and Adicet Bio announced a strategic collaboration to discover and develop next-generation engineered immune-cell therapeutics and in September 2016, Adicet Bio was recognized and named by FierceBiotech as a "Fierce 15" Biotech Company of 2016.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO

Adicet Bio is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant who will serve as a partner to the CEO and has the ability to interact with staff at all levels. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, and resourceful. In this role, you will demonstrate a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as partner, facilitator and liaison for the CEO and other members of the Sr. Leadership Team
  • Proactively manage calendars for the CEO and practice sound judgement for prioritizing executive's time
  • Proactively prioritize commitments, from internal meetings to external events and personal commitments
  • Plan, coordinate and ensure the CEO's schedule is followed and respected
  • Actively monitor CEO's inbox -- keeping it organized and flagging high priority items
  • Plan and coordinate meetings while considering logistical and budget requirements, including assisting with coordination of quarterly Board meetings, monthly New Employee lunches, CEO roundtable meetings, etc.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, following through on issues quickly and thoroughly
  • Take appropriate follow up actions as necessary with little guidance
  • Liaison with corporate communications to schedule and prepare CEO for speaking events, press events, and all other media activities
  • Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documentation
  • Submit timely expense reports on behalf members of the Sr. Leadership Team
  • Arrange travel schedule and reservations for members of the Sr. Leadership Team
  • Welcome Sr. Leadership Team visitors with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they are comfortable
  • Organize and maintain all processes used by the CEO, including but not limited to business files, partner/contact lists, and needed publications
  • Build and maintain internal cross-functional relationships and partner with other functional areas to support a rapidly growing organization
  • Perform any and all other tasks that facilitate CEO's ability to effectively lead the company
  • Have fun at work and help others to do the same

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 7-10 years' experience assisting high level leaders; Experience supporting C-level executives preferred
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Extensive experience in efficiently multi-tasking between business partners and priorities
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other technology tools such as virtual meetings, teleconferencing, and various presentation and organizational software
  • Ability to take on increased responsibility as the company grows
  • Demonstrates ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Expert level written and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to relate well with all levels of management and peers
  • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
  • Flexibility to perform job duties outside of normal business hours
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Highly adaptable to competing demands
  • A positive can-do attitude; Sense of humor is highly valued
