Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

pH Pharma Inc. has multiple biotechnology therapeutics in clinical development, and additional programs are nearing nomination as clinical candidates. The Project Manager or Senior Project Manager is a key team member responsible for managing drug development projects for new therapeutics from preclinical development through early stage clinical trials. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project requirements, scope, and timelines
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Proactive problem solving, leadership, and active facilitation which drive results
  • Communicate effectively with all levels within pH Pharma, and a network of technical and medical experts
  • Build and maintain positive internal and external working relationships

Who You Are

    The successful candidate will have:

  • Focus, influence, and the ability to achieve project goals while resolving conflicts with customer focused sensitivity
  • Experience managing project meetings, driving decision making, and aligning global internal and external stakeholder input
  • A passion for and interest in writing; guiding, crafting, and resolving input from multiple technical and medical experts, which may include editing various documents
  • Strong ability to organize information and details while connecting relevance to company priorities
  • Problem solving ability and determination to navigate complexities to move projects forward in a fun and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of applicable FDA regulations, ICH/GCP guidelines, GMP, and GLP

Education, Professional Experience, Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five to eight (5-8) relevant drug development project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, such as experience in early stage development, preclinical, clinical development, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and/or CMC
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline preferred
  • Proficiency with common project management tools including MS Project and MS Office; project management certification (PMP) or equivalent
