This state-of-the-art center serves as a base for finance, information systems, and human resources professionals to make a significant impact at one of the world's leading biotechnology companies. The Senior Associate of Human Resources will provide operational support to the service center team and HR operations manager. Additionally, the you will work with highly confidential information of all staff at all levels within the organization.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Engage as a ServiceNow administrator for administrative tasks to assist with efficient ways to improve the case management tool and partner with our information systems partners to push more complex updates into the tool.
- Maintain ServiceNow documentation and coordination of testing activities.
- Champion and maintain the ServiceNow Knowledgebase to ensure quality, usability and continuous improvement.
- Deliver and analyze important and relevant HR Connect metrics (CISCO, ServiceNow, QA) to ensure the highest level of service and quality.
- Prepare and present findings and provide insights via the metrics through past, present and future behaviors.
- Assist with the management of workforce and staffing needs - scheduling, PTO, etc.
- Assist with other related projects as needed in support of tasks shown above.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree
OR
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of HR shared services experience
OR
Associates degree and 6 years of HR shared services experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of HR shared services experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with metrics and reporting activities within a service center environment.
- 2+ years' experience in an HR service center environment
- Effective analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, ServiceNow, CISCO and operational dashboards
- Ability to effectively prioritize work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
- Experience in delivering data and results to management
