Job Details
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute Access Marketing resources to support AmgenAssist360 and related programs for both the field sales representatives and field reimbursement specialist
- Responsible for representation and daily engagement with vendor partners
- Developing and maintaining the strategy for Amgen Assist call center, partnering with Access & Reimbursement operations
- Developing and managing sales reports as it relates to access
- Responsible for MAC submissions to obtain required approvals for Access Marketing tools and resources
- Works with internal partners to ensure all programs meet Amgen legal, regulatory, and compliance standards
- Working cross functionally with multiple groups including the brand marketing, medical communications, market research, sales operations, and sales training teams
- Partnering with the manager responsible for launching product and to ensure coordination for messaging and tools
- Serving as an adviser to the field on matters/issues on payers or access support services
Basic Qualifications
Doctorate degree
OR
Master's degree and 2 years of Biopharmaceutical Marketing or Access and Reimbursement experience
OR
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Biopharmaceutical Marketing or Access and Reimbursement experience
OR
Associate's degree and 10 years of Biopharmaceutical Marketing or Access and Reimbursement experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Biopharmaceutical Marketing or Access and Reimbursement experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in business, marketing, or general management
- 4+ years biotech/pharmaceutical experience
- 2+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in any combination of the following areas: marketing; project management & planning; sales; nephrology; analytics
- Knowledge of the payer environment, including Medicare and commercial
- Experience in reimbursement and patient support service programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively produce business results
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and ability to drive influence across stakeholders to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure flawless execution
- Strong organizational skills - to set targets, track to milestones and complete projects
- Ability to successfully prioritize a diverse workload to meet deadlines
- Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and to influence without authority
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Ability to be positive, confident, enthusiastic, energetic
