We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor, Microcleaning to oversee our new biotechnology facility in Santa Monica, California that includes general laboratories for bio-processing. In addition to oversight of cleaning activities, the Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee and direct the activities of a cleaning staff, ensure completion of documentation and log books and ensure GMP compliance.

Responsibilities:

The Microcleaning Supervisor will be responsible for performing critical cleaning within the Cleanroom, Controlled Environment and GMP Laboratory Environment.

Will perform cleaning operations under strict guidelines. Continually monitor the cleanroom cleaning procedures to ensuring all cleanings are completed promptly and correctly. Responsible for participating in continuous training: cGMP training, technical skills, safety, performance improvement.

Normal responsibilities include detail document control (using Good Manufacturing Practices).

Be proactive team member offering solutions and help as needed. Identify deviations in cleaning and follow through on corrective and preventative actions (variances).

Preferably have knowledge of OSHA regulations and possess other safety certifications as required.

Requirements:

Thorough understanding of details involving micro-cleaning within a controlled environment including ceilings, walls, equipment and floors.

Ability to become gown qualified for work in cleanrooms

Willingness to work in cleanroom environment fully gowned with personal protective equipment

Ability to read and follow strict Standard Operating Procedures and federal regulations

Detail oriented, excellent Good Documentation Practices

Focused on safety

Focused work ethic and possess detailed workmanship

Pass strict company background check and drug screening

Ability to work with Biohazardous materials

Review documentation and log books and ensure GMP compliance

Work off hours as primary shift, and weekends and holidays as needed

Ability to lead a team and possess the skills to work independently

Run cleaning and chemical supply inventories including monitoring expiration dates.

Support manufacturing activities by stocking and checking GMP materials
