The Global Marketing Senior Manager-- Global Brand Development, is a critical role responsible for helping develop and shape the global brand strategy and brand tactics for an important pipeline product and ensuring global HCP and consumer launch tactics are aligned to market needs.

The Senior Manager will report to and work closely with the Global Marketing Lead (GML).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help develop global brand strategy and deliver components of brand development
  • Partner with the Global Marketing Lead (GML) and country brand leads to develop brand strategy and tactics that are aligned to country needs
  • Establish and maintain core positioning and ensure this is executed globally
  • Incorporate market insights to ensure successful launch
  • Work with agency partners
  • Set/coordinate global pre-launch brand tactics


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
  • OR
  • Master's degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
  • OR
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
  • OR
  • Associate's Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization
  • OR
  • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Experience in a strategic regional or global commercial function
  • Demonstrated track record of strong commercialization planning and execution
  • Agency experience with branding focus
  • Experience in oncology/hematology


The Brand Development Senior Manager will bring a strong oncology commercial background with excellent strategic thinking and marketing capabilities, strong analytical skills, superior cross-functional collaboration skills, the ability to operate globally and locally, and possess highly effective influencing skills.
