The Sr. Financial Analyst / Manager, Financewill serve as a business partner across the organization, providing financial management of operational expenses, including actual and planning activities. Additionally, the Sr. Financial Analyst / Manager, Financewill create financial models to support scenario planning and business decisions. This role will interact with all levels of the company and must be comfortable presenting complex financial solutions to non-financial audiences.

  • Prepare monthly actual reports and analysis to understand key drivers and variances from budget
  • Assist with quarterly close to include interpretation of key financial reports and entering, updating and reconciling certain transactions and accounts
  • Work with external auditors and other external consultants to ensure Precision aligns with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and SOX Compliance
  • Work with Associate Director Finance, Finance Liaisons, and Budget Owners to prepare and deliver accurate quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
  • Partner with the business to provide financial analysis and solutions on all financial and accounting matters
  • Ensure accurate project accounting and reporting between ERP (Netsuite) and project management (Mavenlink) systems
  • Assist with financial modeling to support scenario planning and decision making within the company
  • Consolidate and analyze information covering all areas of the organization
  • Support other finance projects as necessary

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully.
  • Bachelors degree in accounting, economics or finance or equivalent experience required
  • At least 6years of finance experience required
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis, budgeting and forecasting required
  • Ability to work with ERP systems and forecasting tools to retrieve, analyze, and report on all financial data required
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or with relevant ERP system is required
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word/PPT/Excel) required
  • Developed organizational agility including the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage multiple simultaneous projects
  • Ability to evaluate data and assimilate into a working plan for improvement
  • Creative problem solving for complexities within the organization
