Purpose of the Position:

This position leads the effort to create, facilitate and execute change management experiences and curriculum through training plans, and incorporates adult learning methodology such as Learning Impact Maps (LIM) for Individual Development Plan (IDP) implementation, and helps the business manage various the changes necessary to align the organization for success with strategy.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • This position leads the effort to create, facilitate and execute change management experiences and curriculum through training plans and methodologies.
  • The position supports the communication and change efforts toward the achievement of project objectives (scope, schedule, quality) and helps ensure successful deployment of new systems, processes, and enhancements.
  • The position develops and implements training curriculum targeted at the development of leaders that is consistent with company cultural expectations. The position may deliver training solutions or manage the outsourced training service providers.
  • The position provides leadership to identify potential issues and barriers to change and mitigate risks through effective change interventions
  • The position works closely with CI teams to identify appropriate metrics to measure success
  • The position tracks the progress of CI initiatives and works with project owners to identify areas where intervention is warranted.
  • The position develops and manages internal company communications.

 


Job Knowledge Required:

 

 

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in education, communications or equivalent management experience
  • 7+ years of experience in development/delivery of corporate training, change communications and team coaching.
  • Experience leading project work in large scale projects and change management initiatives.
  • Experience with stakeholder management at multiple levels of the organization
  • Ability to embrace, learn and drive change in the organization
  • Ability to build change management capability with Site Leads, change agents, and other stakeholders
