Summary:

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator for the Development Program Management Group, who will be responsible for complex meeting logistics, the maintenance of planning and tracking tools as well as shared work environments. They will also assist in the maintenance and visualization of program timelines.

Job Duties:

Teams: Provide overall support to the DPM group which includes meeting logistics, involving scheduling and occasional meals. Develop good communication and working relationships with internal department leaders and individuals within each other functional groups.
Planning and Tracking: Maintains planning tools in support of the DPM team in order to facilitate standardization and coordination of data across programs. Assists in periodic audits of information to ensure up to date information.
Information: Supports the administration of tools used by DPM. Assists in the maintenance of the organizational structure of shared databases, maintenance and visualization of program timelines, and consistency and completeness of key program documents.
Communication: Ensures effective, accurate and timely communication within the department or functional area.
Expenses: Coordinates meal, party, and travel arrangements, general office supplies.

Requirements
  • Proficient in relevant software: Outlook, Skype, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. in addition to general knowledge with shared work environments.
  • BS with 1+ years of applicable experience.

Action oriented and organized. Demonstrates excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members with tact and diplomacy. Handles multiple projects and priorities with excellent time management skills.
