Associate Director, Women's Health

The Women's Health Associate Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of key aspects of brand strategy in partnership with a broad set of cross functional partners.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Work effectively in a high paced, integrated brand team based environment
• Collaborate with Marketing Director and integrated brand team to develop and execute brand strategies
• Set strategic direction for agencies and manage projects and agencies within time and budget parameters
• Assess market dynamics in Women's Health
• Develop market shaping strategies

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
• Track record of success in a matrix environment with ambiguity and little supervision
• Strategic and tactical planning experience
• Substantial experience deriving insights from the analysis of quantitative and qualitative market research and data
• Strong written and interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally to support brand objectives
• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of relevant brand marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to understand medical/clinical aspects of a pharmaceutical product and its application to marketing strategy and tactical execution
• Able to coordinate with clinical development to communicate commercial needs
• Women's health experience
• MBA highly preferred
